surprisingly good visit
good staff close location superb people morning celebration
the breakfast area staffs were very good. they did. jaime, jose, kelly, john, maria, eleazer, francisco, walter are superb people. the location is very close to disney springs and parks.
the hotel elevators weren't working properly. this.

A mixed bag of experiences. Average stay
broken ac broken elevators
the staff were great indeed!
The ac in the smaller bedroom did not work. It was uncomfortable. i tried to get my resort fees back. I was told no. That was ridiculous. also. I had to park almost five buildings away because elevators don't work half the time.

bathroom plumbing issue filthy bathroom
The hotel staff was amazing, especially Maria at the restaurant.
The room cleanliness was not up to standard. The bathroom wash basin had a plumbing issue. Water stagnated, and the entire bathroom was filthy. Service did not meet expectations, considering the cost.

The hotel's proximity to Disney Springs was a significant advantage. I found multiple dining options within a short walk. The free shuttle service to the parks saved me transportation costs. The lobby offered complimentary tea and coffee.
The bathroom was a bit small. Counter space was limited.

highway noise overpriced breakfast
The highway traffic noise from my room was unacceptable. It sounded like a race. The noise level impacted my sleep. I also noticed the breakfast was overpriced for the quality. More attention should be paid to soundproofing and competitive pricing.
